New metal complexes derived from diacetylmonoxime-n(4)antipyrinylthiosemicarbazone: Synthesis, characterization and evaluation of antitumor activity against Ehrlich solid tumors induced in mice

The present study aimed to synthesize new metal complexes of diacetylmonoxime-N(4)antipyrinylthiosemicarbazone ligand and evaluate their antitumor activity. New with ferric, cobalt, nickel copper ions were prepared. Elemental, 1H Nuclear magnetic resonance, Mass spectroscopy, Electron paramagnetic Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Ultraviolet–visible thermal gravimetric analysis used characterize the obtained 1–11. An in vivo tumor model was established investigate effect naked its 2, 5 8. Ehrlich ascites carcinoma solid induced mice through subcutaneous inoculation cells. volumes formed tumors, alanine transaminase, aspartate albumin concentration serum, as well levels Ki67 p53 proteins liver tissues detected.
